WORKING WOMEN CELL

 

Intent

50% of the IOM staff comprises of Women. This cell was established with the intent of making working at IOM more gender sensitive and congenial for women.

Objectives

  • To Prevent gender discrimination and sexual harassment, by promoting gender amity amongst all IOM Employees
  • To attend and resolve any complaint /grievance specifically related to women issues at IOM
  • To deal with cases of sexual harassment, (If any)in a time bound manner, aiming at ensuring support services to the victimized and termination of the harassment
  • To organize welfare activities /development workshops and counseling sessions for women employees.
