Department of Mechanical Engineering was one of the oldest departments, established in 2006 with the intake of 60. From AY 2021-22, the intake of Department is 90. Department has well equipped laboratories, well qualified and experienced teaching faculty and supporting staff. Department has consistently arranged expert lectures, workshops, training programs and seminars on emerging trends in mechanical engineering with eminent resource persons from industry as well as academic. Department has organized several industrial visits in every semester for our students at renowned organizations and industries in Nashik and nearby Nashik city for industrial exposures. Department has strong connections with the Industries and established MOU’s with renowned organization in Academic as well as Industry under Industry-Institute Interaction. Alumni of our department are working in all sectors, industries, government departments and research organizations. Many of them are entrepreneurs also. As Mechanical Engineering has been a core branch of engineering, huge number of opportunities exists for the diploma graduates in all segments of industries such as Production, Design, Maintenance, Research and Development, IT enabled services etc. We are bound to provide prominent opportunities to our students during their academic tenure.
