The department covers subjects such as Applied Physics, Applied Chemistry, Applied Mathematics, Engineering Mechanics and Engineering Drawing, Communication Skills which are fundamental parts of the engineering curriculum and a precondition for the core knowledge in specified branches.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The department conducts counselling sessions, microproject competition, personality development programmes, presentation Skills, guidance programs, poster and essay competitions, seminars.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> In order to get first-hand experience of basic sciences and language learning, students enjoy learning by utilising state of the art laboratories such as Chemistry Lab, Physics Lab and Language Lab.
