The senior student interaction session was organized by department of MCA on 11th July 2015.The session I was based on the theme ‘How a student's attitude should be towards T&P activities and dos and donts for preparation for placement and internship’.

Speakers/Senior Students:

• Mr. Rushikesh Bhujbal, Eternus Solution Pune.

• Experiences faced during the campus interview
• Experiences while doing Internship
• Drawback of Student's attitude.
• Personal Experiences and Suggestions

The overall session was interactive; students communicated with the senior students personally .Aptitude test, HR interviews, Technical Skills, Personality Development, Attitude of students etc. The senior students overwhelmingly participated in the talk also gave some valuable suggestion like

• To pay more emphasis for Aptitude and Personality Development.
• To improve the basic computer skills, written & oral communications, gestures, attire etc.
• Resume Writing
• Both of them shared their experiences of being rejected and how they recovered and prepared themselves for the next chance that inspired the students.
• The students also appreciated the constant support and encouragement from staff that they think that was beneficial for their placement.
• They motivated student to improve stage daring by calling few students on stage.
• Suggested for continuing internship in small companies, not to give more emphasis on stipend.
• Joining Communities and Study groups for improving abilities.
